    • Release Notes Description:
      Hide

      Following the RFC6532, Nuxeo is now able to send the filename attribute in UTF-8 encoding in multipart responses.

      This could be enabled by setting the following nuxeo.conf property:

      nuxeo.multipart.filename.utf8.encoding=true

      Note that it would be the default and only behavior for LTS 2025.

      Description

      To follow RFC 6532 we would like to be able to return the headers of a multipart response in UTF-8 instead of ISO-8859-1, more specifically the filename part.

      A configuration property will be available to enable this behavior in 2021/2023 but it will be the only choice in 2025, see NXP-16452.
