Documents created by copy are not taken into account by metrics

There are metrics that report created, updated and deleted documents at the session level (AbstractSession).

The created counter nuxeo.repositories.repository.documents.create is not incremented when documents are created by a copy.

This prevents to understand high write activity tied to a folder copy.

Same for the move operation where the nuxeo.repositories.repository.documents.update counter should be incremented.
