Add Grype reports to promoted LTS 2023 GitHub release

For each LTS 2023 promoted release, we want to generate a readable (text or CSV?) Grype scan reports and add them as assets to the GitHub release.

Reports to generate:

• Grype scan of the bare Nuxeo Docker image
• Grype scan of the Nuxeo Docker image with most of package installed
