Provide REST API endpoint to delete all a directory's entries

The current directory endpoint allows for the deletion of individual directory/vocabulary entries; however there is no OOTB approach to delete all of a directory's entries simultaneously outside of DB-level operations.

Individually deleting entries can become unwieldy when the entry count becomes large, and third party tools to automate single-entry deletions must be relied upon otherwise.
