Folder is not getting uploaded when metadata is added and again trying to upload new folder

      Description

      Folder is not getting uploaded when metadata is added and again trying to upload new folder. But working for files.
      Steps :

      1. Create a transfer.
      2. Add some files & folders
      3. Add Single Edit metadata
      4. Try to upload one folder 
      5. Ideally it should get uploaded as file are getting uploaded.
