Today we scroll the blob stores to perform a Full GC with a default (page) size of 200. We can reasonably increase this value to speed up the scroll on Cloud Provider such as s3.
By setting the bucket size of the garbageCollectOrphanBlobs action to a greater value, it will automatically adjust the scroll size accordingly.
