      Description

      The S3SetBlobLengthAction only extracts the blob length from the s3 bucket when S3BinaryManager is used.

      However, we will deprecate this binary manager stack with NXP-32045 (S3BinaryManager is less and less used in favor of S3BlobProvider) and we probably need to adapt S3SetBlobLengthAction to also work with S3BlobProvider
