Random connection refused on Nuxeo upgrade test

      Description

      When running the Nuxeo upgrade test which plays a minor nuxeo upgrade, The curl check on runningStatus sometimes fails.
      This curl is done after helmfile sync so we would expect it to work.

      We want to do 2 things:

      • Save the Nuxeo pod describe output
      • Mitigate the issue with some retry options on the curl
