Admin console - Bulk action monitoring form

As a system administrator, I can get detailed information about a given bulk action triggered through the admin console

Parameters:

• Bulk action ID (required)
  • Placeholder: Bulk action ID or path
    An id should be provided, otherwise an error message is displayed
    "Please provide a bulk action id."

Errors are handled so that when a problem is detected:

• The error message coming back from the server is displayed. Sample errors that could happen:
  • Bulk action id does not exist
  • Error returned by the server
• I can go back to the form and parameters are kept so that I can fix any mistake easily and try again

When a valid bulk action id is provided:

• Request is sent
• No confirmation is required
• I see the details of the bulk action as described in [BULKACTION-SINGLE-DETAILS]
