Deployment fails notification requires some updates

I have found a minor bug that I would like to report here. Here is an example: https://nuxeoconnect.pagerduty.com/alerts/Q13H93R2BW8JTN

The notification that is sent when a deployment fails requires some updates:
1) Instead of saying "Deployment failed for prod prod," it should mention the customer name and environment, like "pvh prod."
2) The console link provided always goes to the ops-beta console, regardless of the internal or actual customer.
