Fix TestOperationRegistration#testMixingOperationTypes random test faillure on log capture assertions

When testing chain and scripting operation contribs can't cross contribute on each others, we rely on the LogCaptureFeature to assert some error logs.
This is not very relyable and fails randomly.

We rather want to make our assertions on the state of the registry of the AutomationService
