In some cases the transfer status is getting stuck when clicked on retry button

In some cases the transfer status is getting stuck when clicked on retry button. 
But actually the transfer is completed and document also created inside nuxeo.

Again in some cases the Transfer shows completed but there are items that is showing as failed 

These issues are intermittent in nature but can be problematic for clients
