      Description

Starting from NXP-30462, the perl-Image-ExifTool package is downloaded from our private YUM repository instead of being built.
There is no reason to have this package private, it is just that we only have one YUM repository in packages.nuxeo.com and it is private.

This package is available as a noarch RPM for both RockyLinux 9 and CentOS 7 in the epel-release repository, see https://pkgs.org/download/perl-Image-ExifTool.

Let's install it simply from there, to avoid depending on our private YUM repository.

Also, the problem encountered in NXP-31496 doesn't seem to happen if we don't specify the package version at all. Let's not specify the version and always install an up-to-date version of the package.

This impacts the Nuxeo Docker images (Rocky Linux 9 and CentOS 7) ans the Java builders.
