Retry is not working for mixed(file & folder) in 2023 kafka enabled env

Retry is not working for mixed(file & folder) in 2023 kafka enabled env.

suppose you. are trying to upload 4 files & 4 folders.
In first go when the read access is given then ideally all 8 should be failed but here 4 folders are getting uploaded 4 files are getting failed.
For 4 folders the emply folder structure is there but no data is uploaded.
When edit access is given and retried then all 8 are getting uploaded the transfer is getting completed but in actual case the folders are empty. for 4 files data is there.

For individual only file or only folder transfer it is working fine.
