make it possible to override tree manager querymodel definition in custom projects

TreeManagerImpl instanciate the querymodel descriptor at tree manager contribution time hence later overriding of the query model definitions by custom project is not taken into account.

The proposed fix make the TreeManagerImpl service instanciate the descriptor lazily to allow for easier customization.
