Make DirtyBlobListener handle only blobs editable through WOPI

      Description

      The current implementation of DirtyBlobListener update the user change token for any blob on the document, even if the blob is not editable through WOPI such as the picture or video convertions.

      We want to bump the user change token only if the dirty blob is editable through WOPI.
