      Description

      Since the switch to OpenSearch, some Elasticsearch dependencies have been replaced by their OpenSearch counterpart.

      Some leftover Elasticsearch exclusions can still be found in `nuxeo-drive-server` and seem to prove their counterparts are not necessary.

      We want to remove them, and see if everything is still working fine.
