Display document type label names in spreadsheet editor

Currently, the spreadsheet editor displays a doctype's feature ID / internal identifier in the Document Type column. To reflect what users typically see in the Type columns of Folderish view tabs or Page Provider results, the editor should display the doctype label names (or provide the option to do so).
