In Connectors 2023 env thumbnails(for all files) & preview(only images) is not showing in SF UI

In Connectors 2023 env thumbnails(for all files) & preview(only images) is not showing in SF UI.

for all file types thumbnails are not showing 

For image files preview of the image is not visible in preview tab.

but for other documents it is working fine.
