This request is to be able to track when a proxy is removed, either when a document is unpublished or when a live proxy is deleted.
- an event "proxyRemoved" to notify the source (live) document that a proxy has been removed (no event if the working copy does not exist any more, which is possible for a published document)
- add the event "proxyRemoved" to the auditable events : https://github.com/nuxeo/nuxeo-lts/blob/2021/modules/platform/nuxeo-platform-audit/nuxeo-platform-audit-core/src/main/resources/OSGI-INF/nxaudit-service.xml#L113
