Store required related record metatada when storing an object under WORM storage

As a records manager, I am confident that when a binary is sent to object lock, the required metadata is also held along so that I can prove to an auditor the relation between the file and the document

When a document is under retention and / or under legal hold, any binary sent to object lock must hold the metadata to:

• uniquely identify the record (Record ID)
• capture the date and time of recording.
