Configure a list of properties to retain when creating a record

As a developer, I can configure a list of properties to retain when a record goes under retention or is put under legal hold

• The list of properties to retain is applied instance wide
• The configuration accepts single valued and multi valued properties to be added to the list
• The configuration accepts part of a complex or part of a complex multi valued property (e.g., schema:complex/fileproperty) to be added to the list
