When we are moving the whole folder(non-empty) then folder retry is failing

When we are moving the whole folder then folder retry is failing.
1.  In case of folder which is having files we are getting one error in the bottom left of the page for 2 secs and transfer is going on and on . we need to handle this in a correct way such that it will get failed and we should be able to retry this.
