Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create/Upload Image Asset
2. Refresh the page to all metadata be visible in Asset metadata sections
3. Remove Picture from Asset by clicking on Remove button from the viewer menu
4. See metadata still visible
5. Refresh the page and check again - it is still visible.
6. Try to download from Additional Formats section You will see empty_picture.png downloaded.
Actual Result:
Extracted metadata still shows in UI after removal of the main file.
Expected Results:
Extracted metadata shouldn't show in UI after removal of the main file.
Issue is reproducible in nightly-2019 and nightly-2021
