Fix Explorer reference exports

      Description

      Reference exports at https://jenkins.platform.dev.nuxeo.com/job/explorer/job/export-platform-explorer-reference/ are broken because the preview instance where imports are pushed is not up anymore.
      Solution is to use another instance to perform the uploads (and cleanups).
      Also, default packages to be taken into account need to be updated.
