Start the 2023 branch on both nuxeo/nuxeo-lts and nuxeo/nuxeo-jsf-ui-lts repositories.
Adapt the Jenkins jobs to have continuous builds of the 2023 branch (https://jenkins.platform.dev.nuxeo.com/job/nuxeo/job/lts/job/nuxeo/ and https://jenkins.platform.dev.nuxeo.com/job/nuxeo/job/lts/job/nuxeo-jsf-ui/)
Validate that all misc multibranch pipelines/jobs are also working for LTS 2023:
