      Description

      For the upcoming LTS 2023, to avoid any breaking changes, the goal is to upgrade to OpenSearch 1.x, not to Elasticsearch 8.

      We need first to validate that the Nuxeo Server can run against an OpenSearch cluster and do the needed changes if any. This will be tested on our CI, with the jobs targeting the 2023 branch.

      We also want to study the impacts of migrating to OpenSearch client libraries instead of the Elasticsearch ones to define if we want to use them or not.
