Weird token param behavior for transient user feature

If an external permission is set, and the recipient uses the link once, the token parameter is used in the request, and once the document loads, the token parameter is not visible in the address bar. If the tab is closed, and the link is accessed again, the token parameter is visible in the address bar, once at first, then twice.

Clients are concerned that this interferes with proper use of certain actions.
