Fix video preview not working

      Description

      When adding a video file the preview is not working, it was expected that we could preview the video

      How to reproduce

      • go to webUI
      • in a workspace or folder upload a video file(like a .mp4 extension file)
      • open the file, look at the preview - BUG(we can't see any video preview)

      Note the file is uploaded and if we then download it we can open the video file and watch it
