We need one more tab in Aspera Dashboard for the failed transfer

      Description

      Currently We have All Transfers, In progress, Completed .

      We need to add one more tab Failed for the failed transfers.

      Currently we are adding all the failed transfers under Completed.

      We need to work on NXP-31099 after this is done.
