Configure benchmark pods for Datadog metrics & logs

We would like to configure the autodiscovery mechanism on each pieces of software running in the benchmark environment.

For Nuxeo, we will enable datadog reporting: https://doc.nuxeo.com/nxdoc/nuxeo-datadog-reporter/

We will also need to collect logs for Nuxeo in JSON format, this could be achieved by enabling the log collection mechanism with autodiscovery https://docs.datadoghq.com/agent/kubernetes/log/?tab=helm
