Minor Recently the Postgres build is subject to many failures.
It looks like any transaction that creates hundred of documents is running into a timeout (more than 10min).
This triggers a second try and all the chain is impacted by the slowness and randomness.
Review the Postgres configuration:
- Check that the version is explicit (do not use the latest version)
- Check memory and CPU allocated
