Right now, in aspera uploads, on clicking complete transfer, if the transfer work fails for some reason, the upload status becomes completed while the file is set as failed.
Now there is no mechanism to retry this failed transfer, and the user needs to upload everything again even though the file already exists in the S3 bucket.
The idea is to provide a retry mechanism for files that are failed in the aspera transfer page.
That would be a manual retry mechanism, where the user themselves can click the option to retry a failed complete transfer, once the issue might have been solved, depending on the reason for the failure.
