Fix fulltext should be usable when a blob is under cold storage

      Description

      In an instance with cold storage configured / enabled
      Add a PDF
      Search for a keyword it contains using fulltext => find it
      Move PDF to cold storage
      Search for same keyword => document does not appear anymore
