Move Nuxeo dependencies from nuxeo-server-tomcat to nuxeo-nxr-server

Following dependencies that end up in nxserver/bundles should be moved from nuxeo-server-tomcat to nuxeo-nxr-server:

• org.nuxeo.runtime:nuxeo-runtime-datasource
• org.nuxeo.runtime:nuxeo-runtime-jtajca
• org.nuxeo.ecm.core:nuxeo-core-management-jtajca

Not having them in nuxeo-nxr-server is breaking the HF package build as dependencies of those bundles are not taken into account in the HF build.
