Implement CI build pipeline for nuxeo-compound-documents

Add a new CI pipeline on https://jenkins.platform.dev.nuxeo.com/ to build the new nuxeo-compound-documents package.

Add a new folder compound-documents and a new job nuxeo-compound-documents. Later on, we will have a release pipeline for the package.

Package version deployed on nos-preprod to be defined.
