Initialize new nuxeo-compound-documents package

      Description

      We want a new nuxeo/nuxeo-compound-documents repository with the following structure:

      nuxeo-compound-documents (parent)
   `-- nuxeo-compound-documents (jar)
   `-- nuxeo-compound-documents-package (zip)

      The nuxeo-compound-documents is an empty jar for this tasks, and the nuxeo-compound-documents-package package could be installed on any LTS 2021 Nuxeo.

      The versioning will follow the Cold Storage one, 2021.0.0.
