Send email if transfer is shared

If we do a share transfer in Aspera to some user through the Aspera dashboards , they will be able to see the transfer under their aspera dashboards, but will not be notified through email. We want to have the feature for email notification to anyone who is added for share transfer because it is difficult to navigate and search in dashboard.
