Retention Service Fails to Start

      Description

      Deployments using the Retention Add-On are failing unless the 'RetentionEvent' MongoDB collection is cleared.  The attached server.log shows the Exceptions being seen during start-up.

      Don't have exact replication steps yet, but the only way to get around the issue is to clear the Retention Mongo collection.
