Cold Storage - Download action is not working once the retrieve is done

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to an instance with Nuxeo cold storage addon
2. Create a document with a binary (file or picture for instance)
3. With a user having ManageEverything or at least WriteColdStorage permission, click on the action "send to cold storage"
4. Once it's available, click on the retrieve action
5. Go back to the document after 3-5 hours, the retrieve action is done (the header should contain "The original file will be available until XXX"

Observed result

5. There is no download action available

5. by making it available (update the html to display the button), it appears the action downloads the preview version of the file (file:content) 

Expected result

5. There is a download action available in the header

5. when clicking on it, it downloads the original version of the file (coldstorage:coldContent)
