Cold Storage - default folder "/" into S3 Glacier bucket

The cold storage includes per default a "/" in the path of S3 (cf. nuxeo-coldstorage-config.xml, property bucket_prefix ) which involve to store the binaries into a folder "/" in S3 if no prefix is added.

by default, It should be stored in the root folder of the configured S3 bucket.
