Allow StudioHotReload to select package and branch

      Description

      As of today, the StudioHotReload is downloading the Studio package of the currently used User's branch.

      Meanwhile, there is not anymore a strong requirement to only hot reload "configured" Studio project, especially in a Studio multi-layer project that contains several Studio project - it's make sense to hotreload a specific Studio package.

      AC:

      • I have two new parameters: branch and project. Both optional to keep compatibility.
