      Description

      This is a ticket to add logging to the GC process kicked off via JSF UI.  There is currently no way to understand what is happening on the server when this has been kicked off.  Some sort of incremental messages to show start/end/incremental progress would be extremely helpful.

      Need logs to be at level that can be seen in Datadog via standard cloud configuration.
