Fix WOPI version when blob is updated

When the blob is changed directly inside Nuxeo, the user change token, used as the version for WOPI, is not updated and so Office Online may use old content (from cache) instead of the new one.

Since NXP-30120, we use the user change token for the WOPI version. This user change token is correctly updated with all WOPI requests, but not with changes inside Nuxeo.

We may want to add a new listener with the WOPI addon to update the user change token when a blob is updated.
