Fix typo in procedure printed by nuxeoctl when registering offline

      Description

      When registering a Nuxeo instance using nuxeoctl register --offline, the printed procedure has a typo in the URL to visit:

      $ nuxeoctl register --offline
Nuxeo home:          /tmp/Workspaces/nuxeo-tomcat/nuxeo-server-tomcat-2021.1
Nuxeo configuration: /tmp/Workspaces/nuxeo-tomcat/nuxeo-server-tomcat-2021.1/bin/nuxeo.conf
Include template: /tmp/Workspaces/nuxeo-tomcat/nuxeo-server-tomcat-2021.1/templates/common-base
Include template: /tmp/Workspaces/nuxeo-tomcat/nuxeo-server-tomcat-2021.1/templates/common
Include template: /tmp/Workspaces/nuxeo-tomcat/nuxeo-server-tomcat-2021.1/templates/default

To register your instance:
1. Visit https://connect.nuxeo.com/nuxeo/site//connect/registerInstance
2. Select the project on which you want the instance to be registered and copy the technical identifier found below (CTID):

Linux-XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX==-YYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY==

3. Enter the given identifier to register your instance (CLID):

      Note the double-slash after site in the URL at step 1., this is a bad URL.
