      Description

      Similar to what needs to be done for S3 with NXP-28595.

      We need to decide/handle:

      • If we want to use an existing storage account or create/destroy it.
      • Container/prefix management to avoid collisions between tests run in parallel (multiple PRs for instance).
      • Credentials storage/rotation in Kubernetes.
