Prevent concurrent exception during video conversion

Since NXP-30469 video conversion is done within a transaction and when done concurrently concurrent exceptions can happen more frequently when using VCS (SQL) backend.

To avoid this the invalidations must be read before updating the document with the generated video conversion.

Note that this is needed only for 10.10, it is already done on 11.x and LTS 2021 but not on 10.10-HF49.
