Fix addon 'nuxeo-jsf-ui-2021.1.0' when platform hot fixes higher to 2021.1 are installed

How to reproduce::

• unzip 2021.1 ZIP distribution from https://connect.nuxeo.com/nuxeo/site/connect/distributions/view/NX-DISTRIB-681
• install add nuxeo-jsf-ui:

  $ nuxeoctl mp-list

• install the hot fixes:

Expected result: ADMIN main tab renders.
Actual result: JSF UI error page is displayed:

Workaround: re-install addon nuxeo-jsf-ui after installing the hot fixes
