stream.sh position to offset should take in account the codec

      Description

      when using

      stream.sh position --to-offset <> --codec avro

      The codec is not taken in account and the tailer try to read a record with default java codec and java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: java.io.StreamCorruptedException: invalid stream header: 0xC301FB93
