Retrieve document from S3 Glacier - User info on document view

User story

As a user going to the document view of a document whose main file is stored on S3 Glacier, I want to see the retrieval status and details among those use cases:

• The retrieve action is available (meaning the user is granted and there is no on going or retrieve already done)
• A retrieve is on going
• The retrieve is available for X hours/days

User experience

• Retrieve action is available:

• The retrieve is available until a given date and time:

Acceptance criteria

• As a granted user, when there is no ongoing retrieve nor retrieved version available, the retrieve action is available
• As a granted user, when there is an ongoing retrieve:
  • I’m informed that a retrieve is in progress and that I will be able to download the original file soon
  • I can’t request another retrieve

• As a granted use, when a retrieve is available:
  • I’m informed that a retrieve is available until a given date and time
  • I can’t request another retrieve
